Coaching Sessions For Parents

Five years ago, I quit my job.

I worked in adult learning and development, teaching leaders how to leverage the talents and strengths of their employees, in order to improve overall company performance.

I was good at it. Really good at it.

So good in fact, that I found myself away from my boys, often for a week at a time. It was so fulfilling to be such a success at work, partnering with fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. And, it was abundantly clear when it was time for me to focus on my family instead.

On my last official day of work, a client asked me how I was able to so quickly develop teaching plans and find resources that focused on an individual’s development.

My answer was simple – I went to school to be a special education teacher. Special education is all about identifying individual needs, and then teaching to them.

Five years later, I find myself doing the same thing. Not only with my own children and their education each day, but with so many mothers who find themselves unsure as to what to do next.

I am not an expert – not by a long shot. Most days, I question the decisions I have made for my children as much, if not more than any other mom. Like you, I am working to find ways to make life work with my two sweet boys, and all of their unique needs.

But I do have a background that has taught me well the questions to ask, the steps to take, and the ways we can see and measure progress.

Because I have received an overwhelming number of requests to work one on one with moms, I am pleased to officially announce that I am now available for individual coaching sessions.
